GOING TO INDIA!

Our time to fly to India and bring our precious baby girl home has finally arrived!! It has been a whirlwind of a day trying to get everything ready to fly out tomorrow!!! Yes, you read that right, tomorrow we leave. Our boys had a hard time falling asleep tonight with all their excitement of what the morning will hold. I am thankful that all of the seemingly impossible list of details all came together and I can board the plane tomorrow with all the documents I need in my hands. This will help me sleep better tonight (for the few hours I will be getting) ha ha!

We are thankful to God and His provision throughout this ENTIRE process and look forward to what He has planned while we are in India. Darin and I are excited to once again experience the beauty, people, and culture of India! This trip will be a trip of a lifetime. To go to another country as a family of four and return as a family of five is going to be amazing! We are thankful for this beautiful opportunity to add to our family through adoption. This is really the beginning of a journey for years to come.

We want to thank you for all of your support and prayers during this process. Please continue to keep us in your prayers as we travel for health, safety, making appts., etc. We are praying that our daughter, Alesha, will feel safe with us and have peace during all the transitions she will be going through. I will not be bringing a computer on the trip, but will try to find a computer to post updates as often as I can.

Alesha, on May 19th you will finally be in the arms of your forever family! We are so excited !!!!! We love you so much and are looking forward to all the years we will have to make memories together. Love, Mommy, Daddy, Martin and Luke.
