PRAISE GOD!

We are praising God today after a call from the dermatologist's office. The results are in from the labs they did last Wednesday and Alesha tested NEGATIVE for strep, staph, hep, and fungus!!! I cannot tell you how relieved I am to hear this news!!!!! They said I can STOP the oral antibiotics (which is music to my ears and I know Alesha is thrilled about) and I just need to continue the scalp oil for another week to get moisture back on her scalp. For the first time in many months her scalp looks NORMAL, dry, but NORMAL!!!
Thank you all for your encouraging words and prayers during the past few months. God does answer prayer. Praise Him today for his healing touch and hearing the prayers of many.

Hooray!!! So glad she's feeling better and there are no nasty germs to battle! Our oldest son has eczema, and swimming lessons (pool chemicals) really made it flare up.

We use Eucerin on Anya Rashi almost year-round (except for a few humid weeks in the summer -- who ever thought I'd be grateful for that?!). She had patches of eczema on the back of her calves and arms during her first winter, but now it's under control if we don't bathe her more than 2x per week.

So happy she's on the mend!

So glad to hear this news! Now you can just get on with things and know that this rough patch is behind you!

We faithfully slather Dev up everyday, much to her protests...but have never had any issues. I hope the same is true for little Alesha.

Yay...for no more antibiotics!!
